Why DadBodybuilding™?

DadBodybuilding™ (DBB) was created out of the need to help Dads live a healthier lifestyle, feel more confident, and have the energy to be active with their family. The DBB program was built to combat the challenges Dads face when trying to live a healthier lifestyle, while also balancing fatherhood. Most fitness programs don’t consider the many obligations and limiting factors that play a huge role in Dads not being able to live a healthy lifestyle.

DadBodybuilding™ was developed to be efficient and effective. Each program (3/4/5 days per week) is 90 days of workouts about 65 minutes.  Available program options are broken down by the number of days per week, you can commit to working out. Program options include 3/4/5 days per week, that include fully developed strength training and cardio routines; as well as comprehensive video tutorials of all strength training and cardio exercises. We focused on providing Dads that enjoy the gym atmosphere with program options to fit their schedule; a customizable diet, designed for optimal results, yet yields the freedom to eat your favorite foods in moderation; and broken down cardio schedule with several options to keep workouts fresh; and more tools to ensure clients are motivated and supported throughout their journey.

Lastly, DadBodybuilding™ is more than just a health & fitness program – it is a community of like-minded men, all trying to become the best version of themselves. You will be fully supported during your journey and will always have someone to turn to.

Which program should I choose?

With a DadBodybuilding program, the first thing you need to do is decide how many days per week, you can dedicate to going to the gym and working out. The available 3/4/5 days programs - translates to a 3-day workout split, 4-day workout split, or 5-day workout split.

If you're really busy and can honestly commit to going to the gym 3 days per week - that's great! Then the 3-days per week program is for you. If you have a bit more flexibility in your schedule as a busy Dad, then either the 4-day or 5-day program is for you.

The major differences between the programs are the number of days per week you workout, the types of workouts & intensity levels, and the flexible diet requirements.

However, each program is designed to provide exceptional results and really take your health and fitness to another level. You will finish the DadBodybuilding program, a completely new and healthier person.

To start your best transformation of mind and body, you just need to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.

What is included in the cost of the program?

Once you purchase the program that best fits the number of days (3,4, or 5 days) per week that you can commit to working out, and pay the one-time fee, you will have access to the program, all materials, and future updates for life. That means, once you finish a 90-day program, you can start all over and do it again and again, at no extra cost.

When will I receive my fitness program?

Once you choose to purchase either the 3/4/5 days per week program, you will receive an email within an hour, containing your login credentials to the DadBodybuilding™ members only suite. Which includes your complete strength conditioning program, fat burning cardio routines, in-depth video tutorials, flexible diet plan and exclusive members only community and support portal.

This is an online program; will I have support to reach my goals?

Yes, this is a self-guided, 90-day online program. However, the program was designed to completely guide you, step-by-step, to reach your health & fitness goals.

Inside of the members only portal are comprehensive video tutorials, articles, and thorough instructions on how to carry out each step of the program, in order to see optimal results.

Will DadBodybuilding™ work for all body types?

Yes. No matter whether you’re categorized as an Endomorph, Mesomorph, or Ectomorph, this program will work for you.

Is DadBodybuilding™ only for intermediate or advanced skill levels?

No. this program was built for all skill levels. No matter your skill level, if you put in the work, you will see exceptional results.

What is HIIT?

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a mode of training in which you give 100% effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise. This is followed by a brief rest period or an active rest period.

What are Macros?

The term "Macros refers to the macronutrients in foods and drinks that you consume.

Namely: Proteins, Fats, Carbohydrates.

What is flexible dieting / IIFYM?

Flexible dieting or If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) is eating a variety of foods that fit into your daily Macros. This means that you are NOT restricted to the same boring foods; but can eat your favorite foods, every day, within moderation, and in accordance to your daily macronutrient goals.

Why is the program built on flexible dieting principles?

DadBodybuilding is built on flexible dieting principles because we do not believe in strict and restrictive diet protocols. This does not lead to fat loss in the long run; but instead, leads to a bad relationship with food. By adhering to these principles, your customizable flexible diet plan will be key to your success on the DadBodybuilding program and will allow you to see great results while being an active Dad to your kids.

Here's the logic: If you’re forced to eat the same foods for every meal, every day, for an extended period of time OR told all the things you can’t eat – this typically leads to abandoning the program altogether and sacrificing incredible results.

We encourage you to choose staple foods you will eat every day, to fulfill roughly 70-80 percent of your daily calories. The remaining 20-30 percent of daily calories can be filled in with “treats” or foods that you crave and really enjoy.

Following flexible dieting principles is a more sustainable approach and will promote a healthy relationship with food in the long run. Most importantly, it will allow you to live a normal and active lifestyle with your Kids.
